  • Event Hire – Terms & Conditions

    To keep everything running smoothly (and fun for everyone), please note the following:

    Age Restrictions

    • Under 18s are welcome in the hired gaming area when accompanied by a responsible adult.
    • Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by those aged 18 or over, in line with UK licensing laws.
    • Valid photo ID may be required at the bar.

    Deposits & Booking

    • A deposit is required to secure your booking date.
    • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within an agreed notice period.
    • Full payment details and timelines will be confirmed during booking.

    Bar Access

    • All alcohol must be purchased from the Battle City Tavern — no outside alcohol is permitted.
    • Bar access is subject to licensing hours and staff availability.
    • The bar reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with responsible alcohol service guidelines.

    Use of Space

    • The hired area must be left in a tidy and respectful condition.
    • Any damage to furniture, terrain, or equipment may be chargeable.
    • Events must comply with staff instructions and venue safety rules.
