This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through https://battlecitygames.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Area
Battle City Games currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates & Method
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- £3.99 for orders under £75
- Free shipping on orders £75 and over
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
3. Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM (GMT) on a business day will usually be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Domestic Transit Time (UK)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather or Royal Mail service delays.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a Royal Mail tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.
6. Direct Orders (Supplier Orders)
Some products on our website are sold as Direct Orders. This means:
- We do not hold the item in stock at the time of purchase.
- We place an order with our supplier after you complete checkout.
- Once the item is received by us, it is checked and then dispatched to you.
Availability Issues
If a Direct Order item becomes unavailable from our supplier:
- We will inform you as soon as possible, and
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Direct Orders may have longer fulfilment times than in-stock items. Estimated timescales may be provided on the product page where applicable.
7. Out-of-Stock Items in Mixed Orders
If your order contains multiple items and one or more items are out of stock:
- In-stock items will be reserved.
- The order will be dispatched once all items are available, unless otherwise agreed.
If delays become significant, we may contact you with alternative options.
8. Change of Delivery Address
Delivery addresses can be updated at any time before dispatch.

Address changes may affect dispatch timing.
9. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
- We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using Royal Mail services.
- We can ship to UK military addresses via Royal Mail.
- Courier services are not available for these address types.
10. Delayed Deliveries
If your delivery has exceeded the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with Royal Mail.

11. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- If possible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
- If the parcel is delivered while you are not present, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging.
We will advise on next steps and work to resolve the issue promptly.
12. Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website include applicable UK VAT where required.
No additional duties or taxes are payable for UK orders.
