Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products and services.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders. Product images are representative only; colours and appearance may vary by device.

We may refuse or cancel orders where information is incorrect or where we reasonably believe the order is placed for resale, abuse, or fraud.

3. Refund & Returns Policy

3.1 Scope

We operate within the United Kingdom only.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

3.2 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as supplied
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3.3 Sealed Trading Card Products

Due to the randomised nature of trading card products:

All sealed trading card products become non-returnable once opened.

This includes booster packs, booster boxes, tins, collection boxes, and preconstructed decks. Opened items are considered used and are ineligible for return unless faulty or incorrect.

3.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for refund, repair, or replacement.

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue. We may request photographs or further details.

3.5 Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order items

3.6 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items may be returned for refund, and a new order placed separately.

3.7 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
