Refund & Returns Policy – Battle City Games

Scope
Battle City Games operates within the United Kingdom only. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
Returns (Change of Mind)
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as supplied
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returns must be requested before items are sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Sealed Trading Card Products (Important)
Due to the nature of trading card games and collectibles:
We do not accept returns on any sealed trading card products once the seal has been broken.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Tins
- Collection boxes
- Preconstructed decks
- Any product containing randomised contents
Once a seal is broken, the item is considered used and ineligible for return or refund, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- An item arrives damaged
- An item is defective
- You receive the wrong product
We may request photographs or additional information to help assess the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Opened or used trading card products
- Opened sealed items of any kind
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom, special-order, or personalised items
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before opening or using it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order (subject to eligibility) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that payment providers and banks may take additional time to process and display the refund.
