Valayan Guardians are protectors of the hearth, and counted among the fiercest warriors of the karak. They fight to honour their goddess, Valaya, and to march beside them is a great privilege. They wield the finest weapons, and they're well protected by thick gromril plate. Some carry halberds to shear through heavy armour and take down monstrous foes. Others carry rune axes and heavy shields to ward off blows and aggressively wrongfoot the enemy before striking with eternally sharp blades.
Warriors of the Hearth
This multipart plastic kit builds 5 Valayan Guardians, heavy infantry for your Khazalite Holds armies in games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Clad in plate armour and wielding rune-enhanced weapons, they are both resilient and powerful, capable of taking down the toughest of targets while sparing their kin from tremendous amounts of damage. When equipped with axe and shield, they are ideal for defending vital positions, while halberds allow them to be used more aggressively. No matter how you choose to arm them, they deserve a place in any Khazalite Holds front line.
Customise Your Elite Infantry
This kit includes a few options to customise your miniatures. Each of them can be equipped with either a two-handed runic halberd, or a runic axe in one hand and a shield in the other. Both variants allow you to build one of them as a unit champion – the halberd-wielding champion has a unique base topper, head, and pauldrons, while the champion with a rune axe has a unique head, a helmet in one hand, and a shield strapped to her back. A unit armed with axes includes a few additional options, with 2 of the miniatures having a choice of 2 heads, and one having a choice of 2 different axe-wielding arms.
These miniatures require assembly and are supplied unpainted. We recommend: – Warhammer Colour Tool Set – Warhammer Colour Plastic Glue – Warhammer Colour paints – Warhammer Pro Tools: Super Fine Detail Cutters – Warhammer Tone Pro paints
