When you place a Direct Order:
We submit the order specifically on your behalf once payment is received.
Items are sourced directly from the supplier, not our shop stock.
Delivery times can be longer than standard in-stock items and may vary depending on supplier availability.
Please Note: Because Direct Order items are ordered especially for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the supplier. Items may ship separately from in-stock products.
