Formed in 1941 from Spanish Falangists and anti-communists, the Blue Division (officially the Spanish Volunteer Division) was in its organisation and equipment a regular German army formation, with a strong desire to fight the Soviets. This bundle gives you a complete army to start your collection that includes plenty of troops to make Infantry and Engineer Platoons with support teams, plus an Artillery Platoon and an Armoured Platoon.
